Dixie came to us on March 29, 2013. We took her to the vet the same day to have her checked out because her stomach looked so bad. The vet said that she had a tumor that covered half of her stomach and that she needed surgery to remove the tumor. One week from the day we got her she had the surgery to remove the tumor and to be spayed. She has healed nicely from surgery and has been looking for a home for some time now. We really need to find her a forever home with no other animals. The vet said that she was between 3 and 5 years old when we got her. Chomps is now about a year old. When Chomps came to us his front feet were bowed from him being uncared for. He was also hairless and we could not tell what color he was. He is now a beautiful healthy and happy dog. He is very sweet and would do well with kids, other dogs, but has not been around cats. He needs a wonderful home. Rebecca's Paws and Claws Inc.
